These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Plunge Timer mobile application (the "App") operated by Eighty Eight Labs Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Plunge Timer is a wellness tracking application that allows you to time and log ice bath, sauna, and breathwork sessions. The App is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
5. Health Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Cold exposure, heat exposure, and breathwork carry inherent risks. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any cold or heat exposure practice. We are not responsible for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome resulting from activities you undertake in connection with the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with the App are the property of Eighty Eight Labs Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
7. User Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Account Deletion

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eighty Eight Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
