Eighty Eight Labs Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Plunge Timer mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide (such as your display name). Authentication is handled via Supabase.
Session Data
We collect data about your ice bath, sauna, and breathwork sessions, including duration, temperature readings, and session notes. This data is stored to help you track your progress over time.
Device Information
We automatically collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version. This helps us improve compatibility and diagnose issues.
Analytics Data

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App's functionality
- Store and display your session history and progress
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure
- Analyse usage patterns to improve the App (via PostHog)

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following service providers who help us operate the App:
- Supabase — authentication and data storage
- PostHog — product analytics
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and session data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
