Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Plunge Timer account and all associated data, you can do so by following the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to info@plungetimer.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Plunge Timer account so we can locate it.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once we process your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account information — your email address, display name, and profile details
• Session data — all ice bath, sauna, and breathwork session logs
• App preferences — your settings and customisations

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your data cannot be recovered after deletion.
• Anonymised analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
• If required by law, certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion.
